"Luke did an amazing job recently building a new house for my wife and I. He worked collaboratively with us from the start, even before we had signed any contracts, making sure we understood what inclusions/exclusions he was quoting on and worked with us to keep the build within our budget. Luke was professional at all times and provided us with clear communication through fortnightly project management updates, including the dates of key stages and advanced notice of any decisions we needed to make. Luke was incredibly flexible and worked around our needs and quickly resolved any issues that came up. He also went above and beyond, providing us with advice around colours, finishes and promptly answered any other questions we had. Luke’s trades were all polite and courteous whenever we were onsite.
